Absolutely! Beginners welcome!
Why is there an age restriction for lessons?
WG Stables does not have horses of an appropriate size or temperament for small children
Can I bring treats?
I'm not sure if I want to ride
No riding is required! There is so much more to horsemanship than just what can be done in the saddle. Our Unmounted program is perfect for those who want the experience or want to build confidence on the ground
WG Stables is always stocked with treats that you may give as a reward at the end of your session.
You are welcome to bring raw carrots as a special treat for your lesson horse.
